Recently, Gal Gadot was seen wearing a stunning white dress and matching white pumps as she attended a lunch event to promote Gucci’s new perfume at the Bowery Hotel in Soho, New York. During the event, the Israeli actress shared her excitement, stating that she felt like a kid in a candy store and expressed her happiness.
Known for her role as Wonder Woman in the film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Gal looked radiant and charming at the lunch event. She humorously mentioned that it took two hours of hair and makeup to achieve her flawless look, admitting that she didn’t wake up looking that way at 8am. Gal even posted a behind-the-scenes selfie on Instagram showing her getting ready with the help of a makeup artist and hair stylist, captioning it with ‘Good times! #Guccibamboo.’
Gorgeous brunet: The Israeli actress, age 30, known for her role as the latest Super Woman, is also the spokesperson for Gucci’s Bamboo fragrance.
The brunette looked stunning in her form-fitting white dress that hit just above her knees. When she arrived at the Bowery Hotel early in the morning, the actress sported a more laid-back look, wearing a black trench coat-style jacket over a white T-shirt that read ‘Day Dream’ in bold black letters. Showing off her 5ft 10ins frame, the former Miss Israel rocked skin-tight black leggings and black flats. Gal, who has a three-year-old daughter named Alma with her Israeli businessman husband Yaron Varsano, has been actively promoting her superhero character lately.
All set to go: The ex-Miss Israel hopped into the spacious rear seat of a sleek black SUV.
Working together as a team was essential for the actress to achieve her stunning appearance, as she posted a picture on Instagram admitting that it took ‘two hours of hair and makeup’ to get ready. Over the weekend, she attended Comic-Con in San Diego where she participated in the Women Who Kick A** panel alongside stars like Gwendoline Christi from Game Of Thrones and Hayley Atwell from Agent Carter. Gal, who recently took on the role of Wonder Woman, had no trouble kicking a** thanks to the combat skills she learned during her two-year service with the Israeli Defense Forces. She credits her military experience with providing her the necessary training for success in Hollywood, as she shared in a cover interview with Fashion magazine’s August issue.
Dressed in a casual yet stylish manner, the actress arrived at the venue at 7.30am looking much more at ease and relaxed.
With a radiant smile on her face, the stunning 5ft 10ins actress flaunted her slender legs in a pair of sleek black skinny jeans. Gal has previously shared how she caught the eye of Fast & Furious director Justin Lin back in 2008 with her weapon knowledge and performed her own stunts in the three films she starred in for the series. These experiences will surely give her a boost for her upcoming role in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, set to hit theaters on March 25, as well as her own standalone movie as the iconic character Wonder Woman, scheduled for release in 2017.
This will mark the first time Wonder Woman will be brought to life on the big screen in over seven decades, following Lynda Carter’s portrayal of the character on ABC from 1975 to 1979. A beaming Gal shared in an interview with Fashion that Wonder Woman is a powerful symbol of strength and she never imagined she would one day have the opportunity to portray a character who has inspired countless women around the world.
